Elevatec, Elevatec is remote-first and async by default. We work from Spain, Ecuador, Bolivia and the United States. We don't measure hours, we measure results. The team works from Europe, LATAM and the United States. There's no head office. There's a distributed team that works.

Fewer meetings, more written context. We protect blocks of deep focus and don't expect anyone to be instantly available.

We use what works: TypeScript, Next.js, Supabase, the latest AI models. No legacy kept around out of inertia.
Internship program.
If you're still studying or have just graduated and want to work on real projects with cutting-edge technology, our internship program is for you. Nobody here fetches coffee or builds slide decks: from day one you work on something that matters.
- Duration: 3 to 6 months, with the option of joining the team afterwards
- Format: 100% remote, mentored one-to-one by a senior team member
- Areas: Development, Artificial Intelligence, Marketing & GEO
- Compensation: internships are paid (subject to agreement and availability)
- Start date: right away or in line with your academic calendar
