AI training for teams
We train company teams to use artificial intelligence with judgement, not through a handful of tricks. Programmes are designed and delivered by Carlos Dodero, lecturer in Artificial Intelligence on the AI degree and master's programme at Universidad Alfonso X el Sabio, using the same approach as our implementations: what AI actually does, where it fails, and when it is not worth using. Each programme is built around your sector, the tools you already use and the team's real starting level.
What's included
Initial assessment
Before preparing anything, we measure the team's real level and find the tasks where AI will actually save them time.
Tailored programme
Content built around your processes and your tools, not a generic course with examples from another industry.
Hands-on sessions
We work on the company's real cases. Everyone leaves with something applied to their own work, not with notes.
Judgement and limits
When AI is the right tool, when it isn't, and how to spot an answer that sounds right but is wrong.
Responsible use and compliance
What can and cannot be put into an AI tool, data protection, and what the EU AI Act requires.
Materials and follow-up
Reference guides owned by your team, plus a follow-up session weeks later to solve what comes up in real use.
What is it
good for?
- The team uses AI daily, not just on training day.
- Less risk: people learn what must never go into an AI tool.
- Judgement to evaluate new tools without depending on anyone.
Frequently asked questions
Carlos Dodero Fernández, founder of Elevatec and lecturer in Artificial Intelligence on the AI degree and master's programme at Universidad Alfonso X el Sabio (UAX). He is the same person who leads AI implementations on projects, so the training is not theoretical: it comes from what works and what breaks in real companies.
We work with three profiles: operations and admin teams automating repetitive work, sales and marketing teams using AI in their process, and technical teams that need judgement to build with models. The programme changes considerably between them.
The usual format is 4 to 8 two-hour sessions spread over several weeks. Spacing them is deliberate: between sessions the team applies what they learned and brings real questions, which is when learning actually happens.
Both. In person in Madrid and nearby, and online for distributed teams or clients outside Spain. In-person groups work better when there is initial resistance to the tool.
No. Most programmes we deliver are for non-technical roles. When the team is technical, the content changes completely and covers architecture, model evaluation and hallucination control.
Yes, and it is usually the most efficient path. Implementing without training leaves tools nobody uses; training without implementing leaves motivated teams with nothing to work on. Doing both in parallel is the norm.
