We are a technology company and we act as your external CTO. We provide strategic technology leadership without the cost of an internal team: we analyze your business, design the right architecture and build solutions that generate real, measurable value.
A full-time internal CTO in Spain costs between €80,000 and €140,000 gross per year. And that's without counting search time, hiring risk and adaptation cost. Elevatec's external CTO model solves that problem.
No selection process, no trial period, no severance. You activate when you need it and pause when you don't.
No months of onboarding. We bring context from having solved similar problems at other companies.
You're not hiring a freelancer. Behind the external CTO is a team of development, marketing and operations ready to go.
Our reputation depends on you getting measurable results. We don't bill hours: we deliver value.
For companies that already have a technical team and need direction and judgment. We take part in architecture decisions, technical hiring and roadmap. No operational involvement.
We integrate as part of the team. We make decisions, manage vendors, join dailies and run the roadmap with the same level of involvement as an internal CTO.
A concrete objective with a defined start and end: technical audit, stack migration, product kick-off, tech due diligence for investors.
Four phases that repeat with each project. We don't start executing without understanding the problem. We don't deliver without making sure it works.
We analyze business, processes, current stack and team. We identify risks, bottlenecks and real opportunities before proposing anything.
