The agent that turns a video shot on a phone into a reel ready to publish
A server-side agent that edits the reels for USP, Joyería Silvia and Elevatec: animated subtitles, titles with icons and each client's branding, in Spanish and English. The team just records.
From problem to solution
- 01 · The challenge
Recording a reel takes five minutes.
Editing it well takes an hour: synced subtitles, titles, icons, cuts, the brand's type and colours. Multiplied by three brands and several pieces a week, editing became the bottleneck, and what does not get edited does not get published.
- 02 · What we did
We built a server-side agent that takes the raw video and returns it edited.
Claude and OpenAI transcribe it, understand what is being said and decide which words to highlight and which titles to show at each moment. Remotion generates the animated pieces in code with each brand's templates: word-by-word subtitles with the key idea highlighted, titles with icons and stickers. CapCut handles the final cut. The same agent serves USP in Spanish, Elevatec in English and Joyería Silvia, each with its own identity.
