The complete blueprint of a marketplace before writing a line of code
A marketplace connecting micro and nano influencers with small businesses. We designed the entire product, the technical documentation and the infrastructure before building started.
The challenge
A marketplace has two sides and neither works without the other. The founders were clear on the idea but not on the product, and starting to code without that work done is the most expensive way to discover half the screens were missing.
What we did
We drew the blueprint first: a wireframe suite across five phases with more than 35 screens covering both sides of the marketplace, and the technical specification translating that design into architecture decisions. In parallel we left the whole foundation ready to build on: Firebase and Google Cloud configured, Apple Developer Program enrolment, TikTok domain verification, email DNS, and updated legal and contractual documentation.
