The challenge
Getting into a US university involves hundreds of variables: requirements per sport, deadlines, divisions, scholarships, academic demands. All that information sat in internal documents, and every client question burned an advisor's time searching through them.
What we did
We vectorised more than a thousand files and built an assistant that answers from that base, not from what the model thinks it remembers. It also runs advanced search across the university databases. It is available at any hour, which in a company with clients across time zones is not a minor detail.
