From problem to solution
- 01 · The challenge
Charging clients in different countries, each with its own currency and preferred payment methods, is not something a single gateway solves.
And putting payment logic in the frontend would have exposed the keys.
- 02 · What we did
We built a dedicated API in Node and Express on Railway, with endpoints for both gateways.
The frontend never sees a key: it requests the charge, the backend executes it. Two gateways let us pick the right one for each market and currency.
