The platform that certifies advisors without anyone marking exams
A certification webapp for USP's advisors: study materials, exam, attempt tracking, admin panel and automatic delivery of results.
The challenge
USP works with advisors spread across several countries and needs to guarantee they all handle the same information before speaking to a client. Training them one by one does not scale, and without certification there is no way to know who is up to date.
What we did
We built the whole thing: study materials, an exam with attempt tracking, an admin panel showing who has passed what, and automatic delivery of results by email. The entire circuit runs itself, from an advisor starting to study to receiving their certificate.
