From problem to solution
- 01 · The challenge
National sports federations need to track their athletes abroad, but each has its own way of working and its own metrics.
A generic dashboard serves none of them, and building one per federation does not scale.
- 02 · What we did
We designed a common base with the variables they all share, plus sport-specific layers on top.
We started with tennis (303 players in one federation, 42 in another) and golf (50 men and 50 women), then extended to tennis and golf in Mexico, tennis in Chile, swimming and athletics. All of it responsive, because the people checking these dashboards do it courtside, not at a desk.
