From problem to solution

Applications arrived by email to different addresses depending on who received them, and CVs got lost in threads.
For a company hiring across several countries, that means losing good candidates through sheer disorganisation.
- 02 · What we did
A bilingual portal with a complete form: personal details, a country dropdown, a phone field with international dialling code, an optional LinkedIn profile and a PDF CV upload. Every application triggers an automatic notification to the team with everything together, so nothing depends on someone forwarding an email.
