The challenge
Applications arrived by email to different addresses depending on who received them, and CVs got lost in threads. For a company hiring across several countries, that means losing good candidates to disorder.
What we did
A bilingual portal with a complete form: personal details, country dropdown, phone with international prefix, optional LinkedIn and PDF CV upload. Every application triggers an automatic notification to the team with everything together, so nothing depends on someone forwarding an email.
