From proposal to invoice without anyone touching anything
A complete automated sales flow: online proposal, contract signature, PDF generation, payment, invoice and notifications. In Spanish and Brazilian Portuguese.
The challenge
Closing a sale meant sending the proposal, waiting for the signature, generating the contract, taking payment, issuing the invoice and notifying three people in admin. Six manual steps per sale, each with its own chance of being forgotten.
What we did
We chained the whole circuit together. The client receives the proposal online, signs it, the contract PDF is generated and filed, payment is taken, the invoice is issued and automatic emails go out to the client and the three administrators. Available in Spanish and Brazilian Portuguese, which is where much of their market sits.
