One website, two audiences that want different things
The club's launch site, with two separate journeys: one for people who want to book treatments and one for clinics considering joining the network.
From problem to solution
- 01 · The challenge
The same site had to convince two people with opposing interests.
Someone looking for a treatment wants price, proximity and trust. A clinic wants to know how many customers it will bring and what it costs. A site that tries to address both at once ends up convincing neither.
- 02 · What we did
We split the two journeys from the very first block of the page, each with its own argument, its own proof and its own call to action.
Every form enters the CRM tagged by origin, so clinic acquisition and user acquisition are measured and worked separately, with different sequences. The site also acts as a bridge to the app on both stores.
