The complete digital ecosystem of an aesthetic clinic club
Mobile app on the App Store and Google Play, a webapp for clinics, admin panel, CRM and the full data protection work. As external CTO, coordinating design, development and legal counsel.
The challenge
Vértika needed to launch an aesthetic clinic club that worked for two audiences at once: users booking treatments and clinics signing up. That is four distinct products (app, webapp, panel and acquisition) that had to talk to each other, plus a serious data protection problem: a health platform handles sensitive information and leaves no room for improvisation.
What we did
We built the whole ecosystem and led it as external CTO. Mobile app published in both stores, clinic webapp with bookings, reviews and subscription, admin panel, and a landing page with separate acquisition for users and for clinics. We implemented the CRM on GoHighLevel and designed the entire email architecture, splitting transactional messages into the app and commercial ones into the CRM: 12 templates built from Figma plus the backend catalogue of 39 transactional emails. Payments live with Stripe and Google Pay. And alongside legal counsel we ran the data protection impact assessment and locked down AWS: public access closed, per-user signed URLs, link revocation and access logging.
