From problem to solution
- 01 · The challenge
Vértika was launching a club of aesthetic clinics and the app was the public face of the business.
It had to solve in a few taps something that normally means a phone call: find a clinic, choose a treatment, see availability and pay. And it had to pass both stores' review first time, because every rejection is two weeks of delay on a launch that already had a date.
- 02 · What we did
We designed the product in Figma and built it for both platforms, publishing on the App Store and Google Play.
The whole flow lives inside the app: clinic and treatment catalogue, availability, booking, and payment with Stripe and Google Pay running in production, not in test mode. Transactional emails for confirmation, reminder and rescheduling are sent from the product itself, kept separate from commercial messaging, so an appointment reminder never depends on a marketing campaign.
