A webapp where each clinic manages its profile, treatments, bookings and subscription, plus the admin panel that governs the whole network.
From problem to solution
- 01 · The challenge
A clinic club is a marketplace, and a marketplace does not work if you only look after one side.
The consumer app was clear, but without a comfortable tool for the clinics nobody signs up, and without clinics the app is empty. On top of that, operations could not depend on someone at Vértika touching the database every time a clinic changed a price.
- 02 · What we did
We built the clinic webapp: sign-up and verification, clinic profile, treatment catalogue, booking management, user reviews and a subscription with recurring billing. On top of it, the admin panel from which Vértika sees the whole network, approves sign-ups, resolves issues and reviews activity. Each role sees only what it should, which on a health platform is a requirement rather than a convenience.
