The panel that governs a marketplace where strangers pay each other
SPOT's internal panel: users, identity verification, campaigns, content moderation, disputes, reporting and support, in Spanish and English, so the team governs the platform without touching the database.
From problem to solution
- 01 · The challenge
A platform where businesses pay creators they do not know needs someone watching: who each user is, what content is published on behalf of a brand and what happens when the two sides disagree. Without a tool for that, every incident ends in a manual database query or, worse, unresolved.
- 02 · What we did
We built the full admin panel.
The team reviews and approves each business's identity verification, with documents kept in private storage, and until it is approved the business cannot operate. From there it manages users and campaigns, moderates delivered content, resolves disputes between businesses and creators, checks reports and handles support. System settings also live in the panel, in Spanish and English, so platform rules change without touching code.
