My University is where USP's team works: messaging with university coaches, a custom university search, and everything wired into the CRM.
The challenge
USP has more than 50 people across several countries serving over 2,000 clients. Every conversation with a university coach, every university search and every follow-up lived in a different tool, so nobody could see the full picture of a client without opening four tabs.
What we did
We built a single platform that brings all three together: internal messaging across the team and external messaging with coaches, a custom university search built around the criteria advisors actually use, and CRM integration so every interaction lands where it belongs.
